SHIPPING: Regular Domestic GROUND shipping by "Best Method" is included in the purchase price. This means that we will ship by the method we decide to be best to provide prompt delivery of your merchandise. This may be UPS Ground delivery or in some cases, USPS Priority Mail. We do not control these delivery methods and therefore will not be help responsible for any failures caused by the delivery agent(s). We do not ship products outside the United States or its territories.
IMPORTANT: Most orders will be ready to ship in 24 to 48 hours. If you have a specific deadline for receiving your merchandise, it is important that you speak with us prior to completing purchase to insure that your specific delivery requirements can be successfully met. For special cases when you need delivery expedited, several United Parcel Service accelerated shipping methods are available for additional cost.
RETURNS: We want you to be happy with your purchases. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 30 days for a complete refund. We will pay the cost of return shipping for any item that is unsatisfactory due to our fault. To return an item, you must first contact us by telephone or email and receive a Return Authorization. No refunds or returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization or after 30 days.
